How do I create an account?

Download the OpenTriangle app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your account.

How do I book an appointment?

Browse businesses by category or search for a specific service. Select a business, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Go to "My Appointments" in the app, select the appointment you want to change, and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule." Please note that some businesses may have cancellation policies.

How do I list my business on OpenTriangle?

Create a business account in the app by selecting "I'm a Business Owner" during sign-up. Add your business details, services, and availability. Your listing will be live once complete.

Is OpenTriangle free to use?

Yes! OpenTriangle is completely free for customers. Business owners can list their business and start accepting bookings at no upfront cost.

How do I use AI assistants with OpenTriangle?

You have two options:

  • Use our ChatGPT integration: Open OpenTriangle in ChatGPT to search and book appointments directly in ChatGPT.
  • Use API tokens: Go to your Profile, then tap "API Tokens" to generate a personal token. You can use this token with Claude or other AI assistants to search and book appointments on your behalf.

Can I use OpenTriangle with ChatGPT?

Yes! OpenTriangle is available as a custom GPT in the ChatGPT Store. You can search for businesses, check availability, and book appointments directly through ChatGPT. Try it now →

How do I invite a business to join OpenTriangle?

In the app, go to "Invite Business" and enter the business details. We'll reach out to them on your behalf and let you know when they join.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Contact support if you need assistance.
